...uncomplicated and entirely transparent. It is an efficient way to tell the patient's story and give them a voice whilst receiving valuable information from members of the public who are able to ask and tell things that a traditional practitioner is not.
As devised and published by Ryan Minti in his psychoanalytical Theory set What I Learned From Being Discarded in 2026, the framework involves the following steps:
1. The client (the practicing therapist) helps their patient to write an anonymised account of the troubling event in question and submit to SARJ.
2. SARJ professionals write questions for the unpaid volunteer panel to complete as they read the account.
3. SARJ moderators supervise a focus group discussion of the account.
4. The questionnaire and discussion and summary report are given back to the client so as to determine if it should be forwarded at least in part to the patient.

The basic package for 1 patient story is 300GBP. This amounts to approximately 1 day of work. The client can expect a written report and full audio recording of the focus group with in 4 weeks of finalising the requirements.
